Q. Why Do You Offer Your 60 Day Guarantee?

A. We believe whole-heartedly in the effectiveness of DermaTend™. We know what is has done for thousands of other people. We simply offer the guarantee to let you know we are confident in DermaTend™. In the rare case that it does not work, or perhaps someone decides that it is not for them, then we will gladly refund the purchase price (less shipping and handling).

Q. Do you accept mail orders?

Include the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees in total amount. If paying with a check, it needs to clear before your item will ship

Q. Can I purchase DermaTend™ at a store near me?

A. No, DermaTend is currently only available online.

Q. What is your refund policy?

A. Please read our Refund Policy for information on returns and refunds.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled as credit cards are billed during the checkout process. Orders are refunded only if in compliance with the Return Policy. Once an order has been shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Q. I entered a wrong address on my order, can I change it?

A.  Please Email Us right away so that we may change the address for you.

We ship orders within 1-2 business days.

If a package is returned to NYX Incorporated as undeliverable for any reason (except where by fault of the shipping carrier or NYX Incorporated) the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to reship the product.
